Disable Themes in Windows XP

Display Windows XP theme is very interesting, especially compared with previous versions of Windows. For those of you who use a computer with a high configuration can take advantage of these new windows display comfortable. But the configuration of your computer or processor, memory and graphics cards is scarcely of these windows theme will be “heavy” on your computer. Therefore, you can disable this feature. You can also use this trick if you’re already bored with the look of Windows XP and you want to return to the classic interface of Windows. The steps are as follows:
- Click on Start —> Control Panel —> Performance and Maintenance —> — Administrative Tools> Services
- In the Services window, find topics on the right side of the window.
- Double-click the dialog box to appear Themes Themes Properties (Local Computer)
- After that, click the Startup Type menu in the dropdown menu, then select Disabled
- Finally, click the Stop button located on the General tab and close the dialog box by clicking OK
